360 recruitment role
where you will own relationships with both clients and candidates, delivering mission‑critical Life Science talent across innovative, enterprise programs, transformation initiatives, and post‑production support. The key role for this position is formulating and building relationships as well as growth within the market.
Responsibilities
Apply superior full‑cycle recruitment and techniques in a 360 capacity
Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for current and future open positions
Conduct interviews via phone or in‑person
Strategize and leverage multiple sourcing channels to identify high‑caliber candidates while maintaining a healthy pipeline
Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
Qualifications
Proven success within the Life Sciences Field
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
High‑energy and passion
Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
