Position 1: Availability Required: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and every other weekend
Position 2: Availability Required: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and every other weekend
Position 3: Availability Required: Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Our Hyper Wellness Representatives are the face of each Restore location and play an integral role in delivering a high-quality customer experience.
Responsibilities
Conducting tours and selling service packages and memberships
Community outreach including but not limited to LEAD GENERATION, establishing Business to Business Partnerships, & Cross Marketing + Events
Set up, Vending & Breakdown of offsite Pop Up Events
Lead & Member Management making sales calls to prospective non-members in getting them appointments booked for services and maintaining relationships once they become members focusing on retention.
Helping clients over the phone, returning important voicemails, and facilitating the booking, scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation process
Onboarding new clients - this involves completing medical waivers and creating profiles in our point-of-sale system
Greeting clients and assisting them with Restore’s wellness services
Educating clients on Restore services, including medical benefits, precautions, and at-home care
Performing opening and closing procedures
Maintain a safe, clean and secure environment for all guests and employees.
Serve as an expert on Restore products and services.
Represent the brand by embodying Restore’s core values and acting in alignment with the mission and vision of Restore Hyper Wellness and the Hyper Wellness® lifestyle.
Create a fun and engaging store culture by ensuring every team member is involved, valued, and recognized for his/her contributions.
Qualifications
MUST HAVE WEEKEND AVAILABILITY
Experience in Membership Sales, Building Rapport & Overcoming Objections
Track record hitting and exceeding sales goals month over month Experience in outside marketing, promotions & pop up events
Ability to communicate effectively & authentically relate in order to build connections with others.
Experience and genuine hunger/drive for lead generation, lead follow up & client relationship management
You have at least one year of customer service experience in a retail environment. Hot tip - While Restore is technically a retail operation, we don’t have a retail vibe.
You’re passionate about health and wellness
Communication and collaboration are some of your strong suits
BONUS: You either hold or are working toward a degree in kinesiology, exercise science, personal training, or a related field
Benefits
A competitive hourly salary range of $16.00-$19.00 + Commissions!
More than 100 leads per month are driven into the studio.
