Responsibilities

Maintain company culture and energy by ensuring a motivating, positive environment for both staff and members.

Sales Strategies & Goals: Work with your General Manager (GM) to develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed PT revenue goals.

Performance Monitoring: Learn how to analyze sales performance metrics and make data‑driven decisions to enhance profitability and member retention.

Collaborate with the training department to ensure smooth operations, build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring top‑tier service.

Personal Training Oversight: Ensure personal training programs stay on track and support team growth.

Sales & Prospecting: Build and grow your personal training business through client outreach, phone calls, and floor engagement. Help members on the gym floor and introduce them to personal training services.

Personal Training: Develop tailored workout plans for clients, helping them achieve their fitness goals and improve both physically and mentally.

Inspire and Motivate: Lead by example and bring energy to every session, ensuring clients feel supported and encouraged.

Client Assessments: Regularly evaluate client progress, making adjustments to workout plans to ensure continued success.

Education: Provide expert advice on fitness, nutrition, and overall wellness to help clients lead healthier lives.

Customer Service: Build lasting relationships with clients through excellent communication and support.

Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with the latest fitness trends and certifications to ensure you’re always offering the best to your clients.

Qualifications

Passion for Fitness: A genuine desire to help others achieve their health and fitness goals.

Previous experience in a sales role with leadership responsibilities within fitness.

Proven leadership skills and experience developing teams.

Strong background in sales management, strategy development, and team management.

Customer Relationship Management experience and a track record of achieving sales targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.

Self‑Starter: You must be confident and proactive, willing to go outside your comfort zone and take initiative in growing your business.
