Job Description BryceTech is seeking a highly experienced Senior Leadership Development Consultant to support a flagship leadership program for the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).
This role will support the delivery of NASA FIRST (Foundations of Influence, Relationships, Success, and Teamwork)—an enterprise‑wide leadership development program designed to prepare high‑potential, emerging leaders across the Agency.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in leadership development, facilitation, and program design, with the ability to operate in a dynamic, mission‑driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership Development & Facilitation
Facilitate engaging, cohort‑based leadership development sessions for emerging leaders
Support delivery of three (3) in‑person training modules and virtual intersessions
Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and psychologically safe learning environment
Program Design & Instructional Development
Contribute to the design and refinement of curriculum aligned with leadership competencies
Apply adult learning principles and experiential learning techniques
Develop and enhance training materials, including participant workbooks and facilitator guides
Participant Engagement & Coaching
Provide informal coaching and advisory support to program participants
Support team‑based learning, including capstone projects and group exercises
Reinforce leadership concepts between sessions through intersession engagement
Assessments & Evaluation
Administer and debrief the following leadership assessments;
Emotional Intelligence 360
Hogan Suite of Assessments
Change Style Indicator
Communication Jungle
DiSC
Conflict Dynamics Assessment
Support development of pre‑ and post‑program evaluations
Translate evaluation data into actionable insights and program improvements
Program Execution Support
Collaborate with the Program Manager and NASA stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
Support development of program deliverables, timelines, and reporting
Assist with preparation and delivery of program materials for in‑person sessions
Qualifications Required Qualifications:
8–12+ years of experience in leadership development, organizational development, or talent development
Demonstrated experience facilitating leadership training programs for professional or government audiences
Strong background in instructional design and adult learning methodologies
Experience working with leadership assessment tools (e.g., Hogan, DiSC, Emotional Intelligence 360)
Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to engage diverse audiences and manage group dynamics effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting federal government clients or large, matrixed organizations
Familiarity with OPM Executive Core Qualifications (ECQs)
Certifications in leadership or psychometric assessments (e.g., Hogan, DiSC, EQ-i)
Coaching certification or experience providing leadership coaching
Experience delivering programs in hybrid (virtual + in‑person) environments
