Personal Lines Private Client Account Executive
Pay:
$95,000 - $120,000 per year
SIGN-ON BONUS
We are a High-Net-Worth, Personal Lines–only insurance agency seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Private Client Advisor to join our growing team in our newly expanded office space. This role works directly with the agency principal and is responsible for quoting and binding new business, conducting renewal reviews to support client retention, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a deep understanding of the unique needs of HNW clientele and possess strong policy and product knowledge across our High-Net-Worth carrier partners.
Primary Job Responsibilities
Manage and service, with support, an assigned
High Net Worth
(HNW) book of business.
Prepare new business and renewal submissions, including marketing, rating, proposal presentations, applications, and binder processes through policy issuance.
Create applications, supplemental forms, binders, coverage summaries, Broker of Record forms, certificates, Evidence of Property, and Auto ID cards.
Prepare and conduct
high level
client renewal reviews.
Stay current on industry trends, product developments, coverage updates, and emerging technologies.
Act as a team player by supporting colleagues and providing backup for other Private Client Advisors as needed.
Desired Skills
Working knowledge of
AMS360
a plus.
Experience and familiarity with leading HNW carriers such as
Berkley One ,
Chubb ,
Cincinnati ,
PCS/AIG ,
PURE
and
Vault , as well as working with wholesale brokers on hard to place Excess & Surplus Lines business.
Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to make independent decisions and develop solutions that support outstanding client experience and team objectives.
Effective listening and communication skills to identify needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide professional insurance guidance.
Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Excellent organizational, planning, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
Ability to stay current in the high-net-worth marketplace, meet continuing education requirements, and adapt to emerging tools and AI technologies.
Strong ability to learn and utilize agency management systems, carrier portals, MS Office applications
(Word, Excel, Outlook & Teams)
and other technology essential to the role such as Scribe.
Ability to follow procedures and keep processes and workflows up to date.
Strong people skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, be resourceful, and embrace change.
Highly self-motivated with a strong work ethic and resilient to work through challenges.
Qualifications
10+ years of personal lines experience, with a
minimum of 5 years working with High-Net-Worth clientele.
Active Property & Casualty Insurance License in good standing.
Must have the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to continuous process improvement and team development.
