Corporate Strategy Lead

to serve as a critical bridge between our company strategy, executive leadership, and our broader stakeholder ecosystem, including our Board of Directors and partners at Savvy Games Group / the Public Investment Fund of Saudi Arabia. This role will be located at HQ in Culver City, CA.

What You Will Do: In this role, you will be in the cockpit of one of the most scaled and diversified video games companies in the world, partnering with our co-CEOs as well as executives across finance, product, and operations on high-impact initiatives. You will help navigate board governance, strategic communications, multi-hundred million dollar capital allocation, and the long-term roadmap of the company.

The Board Storyteller:

Lead and partner on the end-to-end creation of Board-level and Board Committee materials (Audit and Risk; Nominations & Remunerations; Investment). Translate financial KPIs, product milestones, and operational decisions into a cohesive, high-fidelity narrative via presentations, documents, executive talking points, etc.

Stakeholder Ecosystem Liaison:

Act as a key leader for shareholder deliverables. Ensure all reporting, ad-hoc requests, and strategic updates are delivered with top-tier precision and attention to detail.

Market & Competitor Intelligence:

Partner with our market & product strategy teams to distill the most important trends in the entertainment and video games landscape. Report on M&A activity in the gaming space, emerging tech trends (e.g., AI in dev‑ops, cross‑platform shifts), and other industry trends that impact our business.

Corporate Development Support:

Partner with our corporate development team and executive leadership on live deals. Build investment thesis decks, synthesize diligence read‑outs for our stakeholder ecosystem to digest, and summarize/tracking integration plans.

Governance & Approvals:

Navigate corporate governance structures to shepherd major strategic initiatives from concept to formal approval.

What You Will Need:

Business acumen and investment vocabulary:

Bachelor’s and/or MBA from a top-tier program and 3–5 years of experience in Investor Relations, Management Consulting (e.g., McKinsey/BCG/Bain), or Investment Banking.

A visual architect and storyteller:

Build visual arguments, mastering data visualization, simplifying the complex "flywheel" of a games business into elegant, executive-ready layouts.

Gaming fluent:

Passion for the games industry, understand the competitive landscape, familiarity with top products on the market, and knowledge of the economics of mobile gaming (CPI, LTV, Retention).

Adaptable & Low Ego:

Thrive in a high-pressure, highly collaborative "strike team" environment where no task is too small and no deadline is too tight.

Analytical, observant, and strategic—apply the right balance between data and qualitative information to craft cohesive narratives.

Strong data and analytical expertise, comfortable with financial P&Ls, and mobile or SaaS product KPIs.

Strong competency with Google Slides and Powerpoint.

Demonstrate deep fluency in AI tools and maintain focus on embedding AI into our team workflows. Fluency and/or keen interest in AI and applying it to your workflows as well as those of our team to uplevel operations and productivity.

Experience working with senior executives in a fast-paced, agile environment. Approach the job with a great sense of urgency, enjoy taking the initiative, thrive at juggling multiple priorities, and shift gears as needed.

A willingness and eagerness to roll up your sleeves and jump into the trenches, performing a wide range of duties to successfully drive projects across the finish line under tight deadlines and with a high standard of excellence and attention to detail.

A mature and strong-minded individual who leans into receiving feedback, is eager to grow, and doesn’t shy away from being challenged.

Salary Range CA, CO, NJ, NY, WA:

$161,500 - $238,000 USD

(Base pay; may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience)

In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for equity, bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, pet insurance, paid holidays, paid Scopely free days, and unlimited paid time off.
