The Carlile Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Architectural Designer
to join our team full-time. Our firm provides comprehensive architectural services—including design, documentation, and construction administration—across a wide range of sectors, including commercial, retail, office, civic, education, healthcare, religious, light industrial, and residential. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience while working toward professional licensure. Compensation and Benefits
Salary: Anticipated salary is approximately $45,000–$55,000 (paid hourly) Benefits: Package includes health, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) with employer contribution; performance bonus; and paid vacation/personal time Responsibilities
Assist in architectural design, drafting, and preparation of construction documents Develop project specifications and support construction cost analysis Prepare detailed construction documentation with minimal supervision Contribute to project scheduling and coordination efforts Collaborate with internal teams and consultants Interact professionally with clients and stakeholders Support the firm’s commitment to delivering high-quality design services Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field, or completion of a 5‑year professional architecture program Enrollment in the NCARB Architectural Experience Program (AXP), with intent to pursue licensure
