We are seeking a Direct Hire Full Desk recruiter with Recruiting/Staffing firm experience ideally with a Healthcare background, to be responsible for full cycle recruiting as well as business development. The ideal person will source candidates for existing clients, interview, present candidates to make placements and generate their own client base.
Responsibilities:
Source candidates
Conduct interviews
Identify candidates who meet the client's needs
Understand the candidate's desires in making a move including salary, industry, location, etc.
Prepare well written presentations
Qualifications:
Previous experience in recruiting with a Recruitment / Staffing firm, ideal
Experience with Healthcare Recruiting and Headhunting, preferred
Ability to build rapport with potential candidates
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
