Your Impact This role is primarily responsible for developing talent attraction strategies, identifying key resources for talent, sourcing and recruiting top talent and leading intake meetings with clients. This individual assesses qualifications, screens candidates, negotiates and manages the job offer process, and secures on‑boarding process completion. This role will also partner with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence, including Compensation and Sourcing. This role will typically handle complex mid‑Manager or Professional roles up to Director level and will deliver top talent including recruiting from diverse talent pools.

What You Will Do

Source potential talent by meeting with clients across the organization to verify job profiles and specifications.

Ensure a positive candidate/customer experience with every candidate.

Seek out potential candidates using innovative methods and follow the recruiting process from start to finish.

Evaluate candidate profiles and resumes; represent the company to candidates; complete detailed candidate phone screens, prepare candidate evaluations, and present candidates to hiring manager.

Explore new recruitment methods and keep abreast of industry trends while sharing best practices across the team.

Build and maintain a network of potential candidates to generate a high‑volume, high‑quality pipeline of candidates.

Help onboard and train new recruiters to the team.

Consult with business partners on candidate assessment and interview processes by collaborating with hiring managers to develop interview tools and guides and conduct interviews in a structured process.

Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers regarding recruiting.

Educate hiring managers and ensure clarity of and adherence to the recruitment process and hiring policies.

Consultatively recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long‑range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine‑tuning standard processes for recruiting.

Ensure appropriate prioritization of business needs by asking questions and calibrating results, share recruiting pipeline data, highlight strengths and opportunities with hiring manager and senior leadership.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or other relevant degree or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable.

5 years of recruiting experience.

5 years of experience with behavioral interviewing.

5 years of experience using an applicant tracking system.

Experience proactively searching for and engaging passive candidates.

Experience consulting with and influencing hiring managers.

3 years of experience sourcing through candidate social networking tools and using creative sourcing methodologies (LinkedIn Recruiter, HiredScore, Boolean Search, HireEZ, etc.).

Preferred Skills/Education

3 years of experience recruiting mid‑ to senior‑level roles.

Pay Range: $74,600.00 - $124,500.00 annually. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
