Position Summary
The Manager / Lead of Community Outreach at Intercare Therapy is responsible for both leading the outreach team and directly managing a portfolio of strategic community relationships. This role combines leadership oversight with individual contribution, ensuring strong team performance while actively driving referral growth and community engagement within assigned markets.
The individual will adapt their portfolio based on organizational priorities, including expansion into growth markets and evolving community needs.
Salary:
$80,000–$85,000
Travel:
30%–40% required
This role will report to the
Senior Managing Director of Activations. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Oversight
Lead, coach, and support the Community Outreach team to achieve regional and organizational goals
Set clear performance expectations, monitor outcomes, and provide ongoing feedback and development
Ensure consistency in outreach practices, messaging, and reporting across the team
Partner with leadership to identify priorities, allocate resources, and support market expansion
Outreach Strategy & Execution
Execute regional outreach strategies aligned with company growth objectives
Analyze market data and community insights to inform outreach priorities
Track and report on individual and team performance metrics, including referral trends and engagement outcomes
Ensure effective coverage of target markets through both personal and team efforts
Brand Representation & Communication
Serve as a key ambassador of Intercare Therapy’s mission and services
Ensure all outreach efforts reflect brand standards and organizational values
Support the development and refinement of outreach messaging and materials
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience in community outreach, business development, or healthcare marketing.
Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
Experience in ABA, behavioral health, healthcare, or education strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to manage relationships while leading a team
Strong organizational, communication, and strategic thinking skills
Ability to balance leadership responsibilities with individual performance goals
