We are seeking a driven Legal Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts within the legal sector. This role is ideal for a relationship-oriented professional who excels at identifying top talent, advising clients, and managing search engagements from start to finish. Key Responsibilities
Lead full lifecycle recruitment for legal roles, from sourcing through placement Partner with law firms and corporate legal teams to understand hiring needs and deliver top talent Source and engage high-caliber candidates through direct outreach, networking, and referrals Conduct in-depth candidate evaluations, assessing experience, skills, and cultural fit Provide market intelligence, including compensation insights and hiring trends Manage interview processes, offer negotiations, and candidate onboarding Build and maintain a strong network within the legal community Collaborate internally to support business development and client success Qualifications
Experience in legal recruitment or the legal industry preferred Strong relationship-building and client management skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities Proven ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems and sourcing tools Why JRG Partners
