Proud Moments ABA is hiring BCBAs in Clarksville, TN. We are offering a $10,000 retention bonus for full-time BCBA positions. Proud Moments ABA provides the gold standard of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21. As a BCBA, you will apply your knowledge and experience with our innovative treatment techniques to support our learners. Our clinical support team helps you focus on clinical services by handling administrative tasks. We are actively seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team as full-time or part-time clinical experts. Responsibilities Utilize your expertise to develop and supervise the implementation of targeted interventions that change the lives of children with autism Share in the achievements of your clients as they develop positive behaviors and learn new skills Provide guidance during family conversations to ensure parents understand assessment results and treatment recommendations Advocate for clients by monitoring for potential issues and communicating concerns Share knowledge and experience through direct supervision, support, training, and orientation of our growing team of behavioral technicians Maintain physical readiness to work with clients, including activities such as standing, bending, lifting, and moving with children aged 2–15, as required by the session Qualifications Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field Current BCBA license (state-dependent) or in the process of taking the exam within the next 3 months; students are welcome Demonstrated skills implementing applied behavior analysis (ABA) with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related disorders Ability to administer and interpret a variety of clinical assessments Excellent clinical competence and judgment Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills in a fast-paced environment Note: BCBA Retention Bonus Opportunity expires on 4/30/2026 Proud Moments ABA provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, veteran status, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
