Minimum 3 years applicable work experience and demonstrated proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD. Bachelor €™s degree in architecture or related field from an accredited college or university and 3 years of work experience in the Architectural design industry OR a combination of education and work experience in the Architectural field equivalent to 7 years. Preferred 2 years specific experience creating design documents, working in prototypical design, using families, detailing architectural elements, etc. Specialized experience or applicable design experience in one or more of the following: healthcare facilities, educational facilities, churches, hospitality, retail/commercial design. Summary
The Experienced Architectural Designer will utilize architectural design concepts to produce full sets of construction documents for commercial building projects. Architectural Designers will train and work with licensed professionals in a collaborative team to perform a variety of design tasks. A strong understanding of REVIT to design and develop construction documents for our multiple types of projects is required. This position may require minimal travel.
