Overview Software Sales Executive/Named Accounts – Philadelphia region.

Quest Software is a leading provider of enterprise AI solutions in data governance, cybersecurity, and platform modernization. In this role you will lead sales engagements, drive the sale of Quest’s Windows Management solutions, expand existing customers, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

Prospect, develop, and close opportunities for Windows Management solutions throughout the entire sales cycle.

Leverage Quest's partner landscape and existing C‑level relationships to present strategic software solutions.

Expand adoption of Quest Software within current install bases.

Implement a solution‑selling strategy that showcases the business value of Quest Software.

Lead strategic account planning to develop performance objectives, financial targets, and milestones.

Develop and execute territory‑wide business and sales action plans to achieve sales quota.

Account mapping, opportunity identification, qualifying prospects, and produce accurate sales forecasts.

Qualifications

10+ years of field‑based sales experience with a history of consistent over‑quota achievement.

5+ years selling software solutions.

Strong teamwork skills – share credit, support group decisions, and solicit feedback.

Business and technical acumen, able to navigate complex organizational layers.

Exceptional customer‑facing abilities, skilled in discovery techniques to uncover sales opportunities.

Willingness to travel as needed.
