Commercial Account Manager - HVAC

We are looking to expand our team with an experienced Commercial Account Manager who understands the unique demands of the industry and has the motivation to excel in competitive environments.

Position Overview We are seeking a results-driven Commercial Account Manager with a background in the HVAC industry. This role focuses on managing existing commercial accounts, developing new business opportunities, and serving as the primary point of contact for our clients.

Compensation On-target earnings of

$80,000 – $120,000

+ (base salary plus commission/bonus), with uncapped earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial HVAC accounts

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and facility managers

Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the commercial sector

Prepare proposals, estimates, and service agreements

Coordinate with internal teams (service, installation, and operations) to ensure client satisfaction

Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of services

Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets

Qualifications

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in commercial HVAC or air conditioning sales/account management

Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and services

Proven track record of meeting sales goals

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously

Valid driver’s license (if applicable)
