Role Description This is a full-time field sales role for a Product Support Sales Representative based out of Chico, California. The Product Support Sales Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring effective communication with clients. Daily tasks include addressing customer inquiries, promoting products and services, processing orders, and providing technical assistance to clients. The role involves frequent interaction with customers to build and maintain strong relationships.
Qualifications
Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
Experience in Customer Support and Customer Service
Ability to achieve high levels of Customer Satisfaction
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
Proficiency with CRM software is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred
