Our Client with top organizations across HR, Technology, Finance and more to deliver high-impact talent solutions. As we continue to expand our footprint in the Finance sector, we are seeking a driven Business Development Executive to help fuel our growth.

The Opportunity This is a pure business development role focused on opening doors, building relationships, and driving new revenue within the Contract Cybersecurity and SaaS market. You will be responsible for creating new client partnerships and expanding our presence, acting in the front line of our business.

What You’ll Do

Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within the Cybersecurity and SaaS space

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (CFOs, Controllers, Finance Leaders)

Drive outbound sales efforts including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking

Conduct client meetings to understand hiring needs and position 4D Executive Search as a trusted partner

Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to ensure successful delivery on client needs

Consistently meet and exceed activity and revenue goals
