Contractor Sales Manager South Bay
The South Bay is looking for a Contractor Sales Manager to lead a dynamic and growing sales team. We are seeking someone with sales expertise within our industry and with the products we sell. The role requires leadership in developing people, discovery skills, negotiating contracts, problem solving, and building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues. The position requires a strong commitment to investing the time needed to grow our people and our customer base.
Responsibilities
Recruiting, hiring, and developing team members
Leading sales strategy and execution to grow the customer base and revenue
Demonstrating hospitality, sales professionalism, and teamwork in daily operations
Managing high-pressure, fast-paced environments while maintaining composure
Contributing to facility operations and overall business performance
Teaching and reinforcing the sales process and product knowledge
Qualifications
Experience in sales leadership within the relevant industry
Strong people development and coaching abilities
Negotiation and contract management experience
Product and supply chain experience
Ability to work at a fast pace and perform under pressure

Since 1884, we have been a family- and employee-owned business providing building supplies and hardware for pro contractors and DIY enthusiasts. Our products include lumber, tools, paint, building materials, millwork, doors, and windows. We serve customers throughout the greater Los Angeles area with 11 store locations.
