Staff Product Manager, Ads Product - App Ads

Snap Inc., Seattle, WA, United States

We’re looking for a Staff Product Manager to join our Ads Platform Product team as the dedicated vertical lead for App Acquisition. In this role, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and growth trajectory for Snap’s App Acquisition advertising business — one of the company's most critical and fast‑evolving revenue verticals. You will lead across the full product lifecycle, navigate a complex privacy landscape, and forge deep partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders to unlock durable, scalable growth in app acquisition.

What You’ll Do

Own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and execution for App Acquisition advertiser‑facing products, driving growth across mobile app advertisers.

Develop dedicated solutions for key app verticals.

Define and evolve Snap's approach to app acquisition in a privacy‑constrained environment, including Apple ecosystem frameworks (SKAN, ATT) and measurement resilience strategies.

Build and maintain deep partnerships with the MMP ecosystem, ensuring platform and measurement roadmap alignment that keeps Snap at the forefront of mobile attribution and signal optimization.

Partner closely with cross‑functional leaders across Measurement, Formats, Ranking, Targeting, and App PMM to drive cohesive product strategy and execution.

Lead signal optimization and modeled performance initiatives, ensuring Snap's app ads deliver strong, measurable outcomes even as signal availability evolves.

Ensure a seamless, high‑quality experience for advertisers creating, managing, and monitoring App Install and App Re‑Engagement campaigns — delivering actionable insights and recommendations that improve performance.

Engage regularly with sales teams, advertisers, and customer support to surface challenges, identify opportunities, and continuously improve products and processes.

Leverage A/B testing, data analysis, and experimentation to drive informed product decisions and communicate results clearly across a matrixed organization.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Deep expertise in mobile advertising, app acquisition, and the MMP ecosystem (e.g., Adjust, AppsFlyer, Kochava, Branch).

Strong systems thinking across targeting, ranking, and measurement — with the ability to connect levers across the full ad delivery stack.

Proven ability to navigate platform‑level privacy changes strategically, including working knowledge of Apple's ATT framework and SKAN.

Ability to collaborate strategically across all levels of an organization — from C‑suite executives to engineers, designers, and cross‑functional partners.

Revenue‑focused leadership with a track record of driving growth in performance advertising products.

Strong analytical mindset with experience using data and experimentation to inform product decisions.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across a complex, matrixed organization.

Ability to drive projects from strategy through to completion, balancing tactical execution with long‑term vision.

Minimum Qualifications

BS/BA degree or equivalent relevant experience.

8+ years of experience in consumer or digital advertising products, with part of that experience in app advertising.

Experience working on complex ML‑based or signal‑optimization ad products.

Proven track record of advertiser engagement and partnership.

Preferred Qualifications

Deep familiarity with MMP platforms and privacy measurement frameworks (SKAN, ATT, SKAdNetwork).

Experience working across key app verticals such as Mobile Gaming, RMG, On‑Demand, etc.
