Role Description The Enrollment Management CRM Specialist is a full‑time, on‑site role based in New London, CT. The role involves maintaining and optimizing the college’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and supporting enrollment and recruitment initiatives. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include:
Managing CRM workflows
Creating and analyzing reports and dashboards
Ensuring data integrity
Providing training to team members on CRM functionality
Collaborating with enrollment teams to improve systems, processes, and communication
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, staff, and external stakeholders
Experience with credentialing and managing sensitive information
Knowledge of employee benefits and insurance policies as they relate to academic settings
Proficiency in CRM platforms, data analysis, and computer software applications
Detail‑oriented and capable of ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; experience in higher education or related field is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem‑solving and organizational skills
