Process Improvement Specialist - USFHP

Description This position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and evaluating clinical workflows and training needs.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in health administration, public health, or related field, or equivalent education/experience

3 years of experience in project management, clinical support, EHR optimization, organizational development, staff training, or other related fields

Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access programs, including pivot tables, graphs, and creating presentations.

Preferred Qualifications

Epic-related work experience.

AthenaIDX related work experience. Proven experience with process improvement, six sigma, business transformation.
