Overview Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst (Health Cloud)
We are seeking an experienced
Salesforce Business Analyst
with strong client-facing leadership experience and deep expertise in
Salesforce Health Cloud . The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Agile delivery environments, structured requirements gathering, and translating business needs into actionable user stories.
This role requires a functional leader who can guide other Business Analysts, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive high-quality Salesforce implementations.
Responsibilities
Lead discovery sessions and conduct structured requirements gathering workshops with business stakeholders
Act as a client-facing functional lead, guiding and mentoring other Business Analysts
Translate business requirements into well-structured, disciplined user stories with clear acceptance criteria
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and QA teams within an Agile framework
Support Health Cloud implementation and optimization initiatives
Contribute to solution design discussions involving APIs, integrations, and data migration strategies
Develop and review test scripts and support UAT processes
Ensure traceability from requirements through development, testing, and deployment
Provide functional expertise and configuration support where needed
Required Qualifications
8+ years of Salesforce delivery experience within Agile environments
Proven experience as a client-facing functional lead managing or mentoring other Client
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud (Mandatory)
Solid experience in structured discovery and requirements documentation
Experience creating well-defined user stories with acceptance criteria
Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data migration processes
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce configuration or administrative experience (strong plus)
Experience writing detailed test scripts
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Health Cloud Accreditation)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
