Debit Product Management - Senior Associate

Job Summary As a Senior Product Associate within the Branch Authentication & Identity Area Product team, you will contribute to modernizing secure, seamless, future‑ready experiences across all branch touchpoints. You will partner with cross‑functional teams, lead end‑to‑end execution, and deliver authentication solutions—biometrics, digital credentials, and omni‑channel experiences—from concept through launch.

Job Responsibilities

Partner with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities through user research and discovery.

Consider and plan for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience.

Support user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap.

Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics, including time, cost, and quality targets across the product development lifecycle.

Write requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development.

Prioritize high‑value authentication and identity features by aligning business and user needs with strategic objectives.

Translate customer and employee insights into agile deliverables by creating, documenting, and refining user stories and acceptance criteria.

Collaborate with Product Owners, technical leads, and cross‑functional partners to define scope, coordinate sprint planning, and maintain alignment.

Lead backlog and delivery execution by managing Jira/Confluence, sequencing work, and supporting QA/testing.

Serve as the authentication and identity subject matter expert, engaging stakeholders to surface pain points and drive innovation opportunities.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

3+ years of product management experience or equivalent expertise.

Proficient knowledge of the product development lifecycle.

Experience in product life‑cycle activities, including discovery and requirements definition.

Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.

Possess a BA/BS or equivalent education/experience.

Translate complex technical concepts into clear business terms aligned to strategic goals.

Communicate effectively with diverse audiences, tailoring verbal, written, and presentation detail appropriately.

Synthesize large volumes of information to inform decisions and drive work forward.

Organize, prioritize, and multitask with strong attention to detail.

Lead through ambiguity and organizational change in fast‑paced, collaborative, cross‑functional settings while seeking and applying developmental feedback.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

4-6 years of product management experience (branch experience is a plus).

Minimum BA/BS or equivalent education/experience.

Possess an innovative mindset to shape the future of branch authentication and identity, delivering secure, efficient, and seamless experiences for our customers and employees.
