Compensation
$45,760 – $49,920 per year (equivalent to $22–$24 per hour, depending on experience and performance).
Signing Bonus: $500 after 30 days, $500 after 90 days plus performance-based rate increase.
Schedule
Full-time | Minimum 40 hours per week
Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (US Time)
Occasional weekends during holiday peak periods.

Key Responsibilities
Curate and pack jewelry orders with 100% accuracy.
Create a premium unboxing experience using signature packaging — ribbons, tissue, tags, and all.
Ensure on-time, error-free shipping using platforms like ShipStation or Easyship.
Coordinate with trusted carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL).
Treat every order like a $10,000 ring because it might be.
Requirements
Experience in boutique-level e-commerce, luxury retail, or order fulfillment involving small, high-value items (jewelry, cosmetics, watches, etc.).
Excellent attention to detail—triple-check work before saying “done.”
Polished presentation skills with an eye for symmetry, neatness, and luxury appeal.
Familiarity with shipping/label software (a plus, not required).
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated—trusted with delicate items.
