What You’ll Do

Own the Listing Process – Create, optimize, and manage product listings using automation tools and bulk uploads to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.

Drive Sales Growth – Partner with Account Managers to execute strategies that increase revenue and expand product assortments.

Merchandise with Purpose – Collaborate with Merchandisers to build compelling product collections that resonate with customers and align with trends.

Ensure Quality & Compliance – Conduct daily audits of listings, ensuring accuracy, inventory alignment, and adherence to brand standards.

Identify Opportunities – Analyze performance data, uncover white space, and recommend new ways to grow each account.

Stay Ahead of Trends – Keep a pulse on consumer behavior and eCommerce trends to continuously enhance the customer experience.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work closely with internal teams and external partners to maximize product visibility and performance.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, Business, or a related field

2+ years of experience in eCommerce, merchandising, or account management (apparel or fashion preferred)

Hands‑on experience with platforms like Amazon, Walmart, Target+, and/or Shopify

Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data

Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into action

Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
