The Superintendent will lead all on-site construction activities, taking ownership of safety, schedule, quality, and subcontractor coordination from mobilization through closeout. This role is critical to ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.

Manage all day-to-day field operations on assigned projects Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, schedules, and site logistics Drive short-interval planning and overall project sequencing Enforce safety standards and quality expectations Partner closely with Project Managers and client representatives Profile
Proven experience as a commercial construction Superintendent Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequencing Ability to read and interpret drawings and schedules Hands-on leader with strong communication and problem-solving skills Healthcare or education project experience is a plus Job Offer
