
Commercial Real Estate Relationship Manager III

Overview
The Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Relationship Manager will maintain active CRE business development effort through prospect calling, referral source motivation, and community involvement. Timely recording of sales and approval of credits within given authority. Present credit offerings to senior management and respond knowledgeably and confidently to management.
Primary Responsibilities
Identify, maintain, and grow relationships with institutional and middle market real estate companies, including delivering the Bank’s full product suite, services, and capabilities
Prepare recommendations for structuring loans, including syndication strategies, based on specific customer requirements
Prepare necessary documentation to support the loan transaction process, including loan origination, structuring, and execution of large, complex transactions
Perform activities associated with the generation and assessment of new loans, including risk assessment, generating targeted returns from investments, structuring credit terms, coordinating due diligence efforts, and may be responsible for marketing
Support Portfolio Management team with ongoing credit management
Coordinate efforts with internal product partners: Treasury Management, Derivatives, Capital Markets, etc.
Establish and cultivate Bank and Institutional Relationships across the Financial Services Sector
Requirements
Requires 10+ years of Commercial Real Estate Relationship Management and performance management experience with ability to manage and grow a significant customer portfolio
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to develop deep meaningful relationships
Proven sales ability with good computer skills for recording and tracking results
Experience with a variety of CRE asset classes, including Senior Housing and Retail
Experience with all credit lending products, including Construction, Bridge, Term and Unsecured Lines of Credit
Education, Certification, and/or Other Professional Credentials
A four year business degree with successful completion of a credit training program; MBA helpful but not required

Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
Pay Transparency and Benefits The salary range for this position is $230,000 - $260,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, relevant skills, and experience.
