You’ll lead brand performance analysis as the key driver of data insights, uncovering root causes behind KPI shifts to optimize marketing, bonuses, and P&L across our social casino portfolio.
What you'll do:
Conduct deep‑dive KPI investigations (churn, LTV, retention), recommending smarter budget allocation via SQL and advanced analytics
Lead and mentor 3-5 Brand Analysts, developing them from reporters into strategic P&L owners
Maintain holistic oversight of Acquisition, CRM, and Fraud/Risk ecosystem impacts
Bridge Business and Data Science teams, guiding ML features for churn/LTV/propensity models
Standardize analytical best practices for consistent, high‑level strategic output
Act as brand health gatekeeper, ensuring balanced growth across all KPIs
What we're looking for:
Proven experience in social gaming/iGaming analytics or commercial roles with P&L responsibility
Team management experience building strategic thinkers and fostering continuous learning
SQL proficiency; experience with CRM platforms (Klaviyo, HubSpot), ML applications, and data privacy (GDPR)
Business owner mentality focused on optimization, efficiency, and taking ownership
Investigative mindset — you dig deeper into data until hidden truths are uncovered
Ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements for predictive modeling
