Overview
We’re looking for a senior dealmaker to own and scale high-impact partnerships across payments, AI platforms, and on-chain value exchange. You will source, structure, and close complex, multi-party partnerships that directly influence network growth, transaction volume, and market positioning. This is not traditional business development. This is ecosystem architecture. What You’ll Do
Own and drive partnership strategy across a multi-sided network (agents, merchants, platforms, modules) Source and close high-impact partnerships across payments, AI, and Web3 Structure creative deals including token incentives, revenue share, GTM partnerships, and technical integrations Translate partnerships into measurable outcomes such as volume, adoption, and revenue Build and manage relationships with C-level executives, founders, and key ecosystem players Secure anchor partners that unlock entire verticals What Success Looks Like
Partnerships with top-tier players across AI, payments, and crypto Measurable growth in Total Settlement Volume (TSV) Launch of ecosystem-defining integrations such as agent payment flows and stablecoin rails Becoming embedded as default infrastructure for agent-driven commerce Who You Are
7–12+ years in partnerships, business development, or investing Proven track record of closing complex, high-value strategic deals Deep experience in payments, AI platforms, Web3, or stablecoin infrastructure Strong commercial judgment and deal-making instinct Comfortable navigating technical concepts such as APIs, token models, and integrations Highly autonomous with the ability to operate in ambiguity and drive outcomes Well-networked across relevant ecosystems is a strong advantage Why This Role
