We are seeking a motivated, relationship-focused

Relationship Marketing Strategist

to help grow our referral presence within the real estate, mortgage, insurance, and property services community. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong professional relationships that support steady inspection volume and brand awareness.

This is a field-based, people-first role ideal for someone who enjoys networking, face‑to‑face interactions, and representing a trusted local brand.

Key Responsibilities Relationship & Referral Support

Build and maintain positive working relationships with:

Real estate agents and brokerages

Mortgage lenders

Insurance agents

Property managers and builders

Support referral relationships that contribute to consistent home inspection leads

Act as a friendly, reliable point of contact for referral partners

Conduct regular in‑person visits, calls, and follow‑ups to stay top‑of‑mind

Marketing Presence & Brand Representation

Represent the company at:

Real estate offices

Open houses

Networking and community events

Industry and association meetings

Communicate the company’s services, value, and differentiators in a professional, consultative manner

Distribute marketing materials and assist with branded promotions and outreach efforts

Market Outreach & Growth Support

Identify new relationship opportunities within the local real estate and housing market

Assist with referral initiatives, promotions, and basic incentive programs

Track referral activity and share observations on what’s working in the field

Provide feedback to leadership on:

Market activity

Competitor presence

Partner and customer needs

Coordination & Reporting

Coordinate with operations and inspection teams to support a strong customer experience

Maintain organized records of contacts, visits, and outreach activity

Provide regular updates or reports on:

Relationship activity

Referral trends

General market feedback

Qualifications Required

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Comfortable building relationships in person and over the phone

Self‑motivated with the ability to manage time independently

Professional, approachable, and personable demeanor

Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally

Basic familiarity with CRM systems, spreadsheets, or contact tracking tools

Preferred

Experience in real estate, home services, inspections, mortgage, or insurance

Background in marketing, sales support, account coordination, or customer relations

Existing familiarity with the local real estate community

Experience attending or supporting networking or community events
