$75,000+ at plan commission Responsibilities

Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to achieve desired results Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget Continuously grow in knowledge, skill, and professionalism to expertly advise clients through every stage of the transaction Provide a high-level client experience that reflects care, responsiveness, and excellence Generate momentum through appointments, consultations, showings, and open houses Take ownership of building and maintaining a healthy, active pipeline Show up as a strong contributor to our team culture, collaboration, and standards Use strong communication and relationship-building skills to connect with clients and convert opportunities Bring enthusiasm, coachability, discipline, and a strong work ethic to the role every day Follow proven systems and remain consistent with team expectations, accountability, and performance standards Qualifications

Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred Show a track record of real estate success Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired Active real estate license (VA) or Enrolled in classes Coachable, competitive, and consistent with follow-up Strong communication skills and comfort on the phone Able to work evenings/weekends as needed Organized, responsive, and team-oriented CRM comfort preferred (or willingness to learn fast)
