Responsibilities
Own end-to-end product design within cross-functional teams, from discovery to delivery Design polished features from concept to final UI, focusing on visual excellence and interaction quality Craft purposeful motion, micro-interactions, and expressive feedback states that enhance user experience Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define problems and shape solutions Elevate experiences from functional to premium through thoughtful design refinement Advocate for intelligent use of AI tools within design workflows to enhance ideation and production Qualifications
Extensive experience as a Product Designer with a strong portfolio of shipped product work (portfolio mandatory) Proven expertise in consumer-facing digital products, with social gaming or game UI experience strongly preferred Advanced Figma proficiency Deep understanding of interaction and motion principles with evidence of high-fidelity craft Experience working within cross-functional product teams with high standards for quality Special interest in AI tools and advocacy for their thoughtful application in design Benefits
