Role Description The Business Development Representative will play a key role in building strong relationships with prospective clients and identifying new business opportunities. This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in American Fork, UT, requiring a proactive and customer‑focused approach to help organizations adopt BambooHR’s solutions for simplifying their HR processes.

Qualifications

Proficiency in lead generation, cold calling, and sales prospecting techniques

Ability to establish and nurture relationships with prospects and clients

Strong communication, listening, and presentation skills

Ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a fast‑paced environment

Working knowledge of CRM tools and sales tracking

Passion for helping businesses improve their operational efficiency and workplace culture

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field preferred

Previous experience in a SaaS sales environment or HR‑related services is a plus
