Absolute Heating and Air in Morgantown, WV is seeking an ambitious, goal-driven, and solution-oriented person to become our new full-time In-Home HVAC Consultant. You'll be interacting with homeowners, performing in-home system assessments, and recommending the right products and services for their unique setups. You'll have an earning potential of
$85,000 - $200,000+ per year
(base pay and commission) and work a consistent
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
schedule. Some evening and weekend appointments may be required to meet business needs. You'll also receive

Professionally representing our company and building strong connections with new and current clients Speaking directly with homeowners about their temperature, energy, and air quality needs and designing custom systems to fit these specifications Performing in-home consultations, identifying hot/cold spots, and explaining the benefits of additional services and equipment upgrades, including duct cleaning, UV lights, advanced filtration systems, etc. Building trust in you and our company to drive sales and increase revenue Discussing tax incentives and financing options with homeowners and working together to find the right solutions What We're About
