Our client has built AI software for the construction industry that automatically designs building systems, replacing a process that is still largely manual today.

This is not project management software. It is software that actually does the design work.

Base salary: $60,000 to $70,000

On-target earnings: $85,000 to $90,000

Access to Leadership You will work directly with the VP of Sales and founders.

What You’ll Do

Build outbound from scratch

Work a defined list of 600+ target accounts in HubSpot

Prospect through calls, email, and LinkedIn

Engage senior stakeholders including executives, VPs, and BIM or VDC leaders

Book 15 qualified meetings per month

Partner with leadership on messaging, ICP, and account strategy

What This Role Is Not

Not a heavily structured BDR role

Not just setting meetings without context or strategy

What They’re Looking For

1+ year of BDR experience at a software company

Experience selling into mid‑market or enterprise accounts

Strong outbound foundation

Able to operate without heavy structure

Nice to Have

Experience selling technical products

Exposure to construction tech, AEC software, or BIM tools

Target Customers

Mid‑market and enterprise electrical contractors, typically $25M to $3B in revenue
