Role Description We are seeking a qualified Site Superintendent for a full-time, on-site role located in Walker, MI. The Site Superintendent will manage daily operational responsibilities at construction sites, including overseeing subcontractors, ensuring safety compliance, monitoring project timelines, and maintaining quality control. This role involves active collaboration with project teams, clients, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met on schedule and within budget. The Site Superintendent will also manage materials, equipment, and resources while addressing any issues or delays that arise during the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
Construction Management, Project Coordination, and Scheduling skills
Experience with Site Supervision, Safety Compliance, and Quality Control
Proficiency in reading construction blueprints and technical documents
Excellent Communication, Problem-Solving, and Leadership skills
Ability to manage resources, equipment, and timelines effectively
Familiarity with construction-related software and technologies
Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in construction management or related field is a plus
Experience in general contracting or petroleum equipment installations preferred
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to construction sites as required
