Salary: $40,000 – $65,000 per year (based on experience)

KBUILD is seeking a creative, motivated Social Media Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating engaging content, staying ahead of digital trends, and helping a brand grow its online presence.

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across multiple platforms while helping strengthen our brand voice and connect with our audience.

This is a full-time, in-person role with significant opportunity for career growth and advancement within our marketing and media team.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing monthly content calendars for each platform.

Research popular trends, industry trends, audience interests, and competitor content.

Brainstorm creative ideas for posts, videos, stories, and campaigns.

Content Creation

Capture and edit photos and short-form videos.

Write sharp, engaging captions tailored to each platform that identify with our brand voice.

Clean up our Reels thumbnails across social for an aesthetic uniform look.

Ensure content aligns with brand voice and visuals.

Scheduling & Publishing

Schedule posts across platforms including Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, Youtube, Linkedin.

Publish real-time content when needed (live events, BTS, announcements).

Community Management

Monitor comments, DMs, and mentions.

Respond promptly to customer questions and feedback.

Engage with followers by liking, commenting, and interacting with relevant accounts.

Analytics & Reporting

Analyze trends to see what content performs best.

Provide recommendations to improve future content.

Work with marketing, sales, design, or media teams to gather content and coordinate campaigns.

Communicate upcoming promotions or news that need social coverage.

Brand Management

Maintain consistent brand messaging and tone.

Ensure posts reflect company values, mission, and style.

Platform Management

Stay updated on changes to algorithms, features, tools, and best practices.

Identify new opportunities (platforms, trends, content types).

Ad Support

Assist with setting up or optimizing boosted posts or basic ad campaigns.

Pull performance insights for paid content when needed.

Administrative & Organizational Tasks

Maintain a digital asset library (photos, videos, graphics).

Organize content approvals and internal communication.

Help coordinate influencer or partnership content when applicable.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator, Social Media Manager, or similar role.

Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

Experience with content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut or Adobe Creative Suite.

Familiarity with social media scheduling software.

Knowledge of social media analytics and performance metrics.

Strong time-management and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
