Here's your chance to join a large size freight forwarder as an Air Export Agent.
Responsibilities:
Arrange and coordinate international air export shipments, ensuring timely booking with airlines and smooth cargo movement across the supply chain. Prepare and manage all necessary export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and air waybills, to support customs clearance and regulatory compliance. Monitor shipment status and proactively communicate updates to customers, addressing delays or disruptions as needed. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and resolving any concerns or issues related to shipments. Collaborate with internal teams—including logistics, operations, and finance—to ensure efficient and accurate service delivery. Maintain full compliance with applicable customs regulations, trade laws, and industry-specific standards for healthcare and pharmaceutical exports. Support additional operational tasks as required to contribute to team success. What you bring:
Previous experience in air export freight forwarding. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Knowledge of international shipping documentation and customs regulations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Interested?
