Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyse, and document business requirements across CRM-focused programmes Translate functional needs into clear specifications for technical teams Work closely with developers and solution architects within Dynamics 365 environments Support configuration, testing, and deployment of CRM solutions Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to align on delivery outcomes Required Experience

Proven track record working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CE Strong understanding of core modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing) Experience with system integrations and data flows within the Microsoft ecosystem Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies Ability to produce high-quality documentation (user stories, process maps, functional specs) Exposure to Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) Experience working in complex, multi-system environments Understanding of data migration and reporting tools This is an opportunity to contribute to impactful digital transformation work within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
