THE POSITION Business Development Specialists maintain and develop business in the direct sale of skin care products to physicians and skin care professionals. Our extensive sales training program promotes a consultative, education-based sales approach. The Business Development Specialists act as a resource to their accounts, offer education and provide business building consultation.

Our Business Development Specialists are resourceful, independent and self-disciplined with the ability to develop and maintain business relationships. Our Business Development Specialists are also responsible for selling our Clarity RX sister-brand that offers our doctors the option of having a natural skincare line.

Job Summary: You will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of our products/services, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Conduct in-person product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.

Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.

Prepare and deliver sales proposals and negotiate contracts.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Education and Experience: Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

At least 2 years of B2B sales experience preferably in the dermatology, plastic surgery or medical spa market.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or related field.

Must have skincare, cosmetic injectable or cosmetic medical device experience.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, working on a computer, and speaking over the phone.

Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.

Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.

Must live in the assigned territory.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed, including overnight travel.
