Job Responsibilities
Customer Communication: Engage in daily customer communication and follow-up using various tools to complete outbound/inbound phone calls, emails, and online meetings/appointments. Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, call lists, and referrals. Research: Understand customer needs, key contacts, and potential business opportunities. Use research to select appropriate product/service messaging to meet individual customer needs. Sales Process: Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualifying to presenting, negotiating, and closing deals. Maintain an active pipeline of qualified opportunities using the CRM system. Accurately document all interactions, quotes, and deal progress. Training: Attend all required product and service training to gain in-depth knowledge of T-Mobile for Business products and services. Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed Education and Work Experience
High School Diploma/GED (Required) 2 years inside, outside, retail, or similar sales position. (Preferred) 1-2 years experience in customer service, sales and/or retention. (Preferred) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and build relationships with clients and team members. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. (Required) Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. (Required) Self-Motivation: Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset, demonstrating initiative and the ability to work independently. (Required) Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals. (Required) Technology Proficiency: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook. (Required) Age: At least 18 years of age Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the United States
