Key Responsibilities
Prepare quotes, bids, requests for proposals (RFPs) and contracts.
Manage statewide cooperative contracts.
Assist in improving policies and procedures for the division.
Research market conditions, conduct life cycle cost analysis and cost-benefit relationship analysis, and identify alternative supply sources.
Generate purchase orders and process contracts in the finance system.
Provide contract management support for agency contracts.
Conduct data analysis on contracts.
Qualifications
Experience using FINET (or CGI Financial) for creating purchase orders and contracts.
Experience in contract management.
Experience in public procurement.
Proficient computer skills.
