This role will support a growing portfolio of GenAI capabilities focused on augmenting critical scientific, clinical, and operational workflows by leading cross‑functional teams tasked with developing AI‑driven products for specific, critical functions defined in collaboration with Immunology. The position sits at the intersection of product strategy, data science, and R&D domain workflows. The role will work closely with data scientists, engineers, and R&D stakeholders within Immunology to translate complex scientific and operational needs into scalable, compliant, and impactful AI‑enabled products.
Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Road Mapping

Work with strategy leads to translate complex scientific, clinical, and operational workflows into clear product vision, requirements, and phased delivery plans.
Contribute to portfolio‑level prioritization and investment decisions to ensure resources are aligned with highest‑impact R&D use cases.
Stakeholder Engagement & Domain Partnership
Partner across R&D stakeholders in Data Science & Digital Health, Regulatory, Clinical Development, Translational Science, Discovery, and IT to understand unmet needs and translate them into appropriate, discrete solutions within the appropriate product.
Engage with Immunology stakeholders as a point of contact and accountability for products, and as a key source of domain input.
Represent product perspectives in senior R&D and Data Science & Digital Health leadership discussions, influencing direction without direct authority.
Product Development & Delivery
Lead product teams in end‑to‑end execution from concept through launch and continued iteration cycles.
Serve as product point of accountability, assessing and defining ROI, and balancing budget, timeline, and technical requirements throughout the development life cycle.
Ensure solutions meet expectations for usability, scalability, security, and compliance in regulated R&D environments.
Serve as a product leader, setting best practices, standards, and ways of working for GenAI product development in R&D.
AI Technology Enablement
Apply working knowledge of generative AI concepts (retrieval‑augmented generation, knowledge graphs, agentic workflows, evaluation strategies) at a strategic level to guide product design and tradeoffs.
Collaborate and coordinate with technical teams on data readiness, model integration, validation approaches, and iteration cycles.
Support responsible AI practices, including transparency, traceability, and risk mitigation.
Required Qualifications
Advanced degree (MS/PhD) or equivalent experience in life sciences, data science, computer science, biomedical engineering, or related field.
6–8+ years of experience in product management or digital product development.
Demonstrated experience working with data science, machine learning, or AI‑enabled products.
Strong ability to translate complex workflows and stakeholder needs into actionable product requirements and communicate technical development to non‑technical stakeholders.
Experience operating in matrixed, cross‑functional environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting drug discovery, translational science, clinical development, regulatory, or other R&D workflows strongly preferred.
Familiarity with immunology, immune/autoimmune/inflammatory diseases, or related therapeutic areas strongly preferred.
