Develop detailed estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor services. Strategic Bidding:
Prepare and present bid proposals that highlight a competitive edge to stakeholders. Vendor Management:
Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure favorable terms without compromising quality. Risk & Value Engineering:
Identify potential project risks and propose cost‑saving alternatives during the pre-construction phase. Market Alignment:
Stay current on industry trends and construction tech to keep the bidding process sharp and efficient. Preferred Qualifications Sector Focus:
Experience in the energy sector is highly preferred. Field Insight:
