Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an In-Home Sales Training Manager located in Pembroke Pines, FL. The Training Manager will lead development and execution of sales training programs tailored to empower in-home sales teams. Responsibilities include designing and delivering effective sales training sessions, coaching team members to achieve performance goals, running leads with trainess, monitoring progress, and providing constructive feedback. The role requires collaborating with leadership to identify training needs and ensuring best practices are consistently implemented across the sales team.

Qualifications

Experience with Sales Trainings, Training & Development, and designing effective Training programs

Strong skills in Communication and Coaching to mentor and guide sales professionals

Proven ability to analyze team performance and develop strategies to enhance success

Excellent organizational and leadership skills

Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with team membersKnowledge of the home improvement or sustainable products industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field is preferred but not required
