Advanced Solutions, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Specialist to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth across our portfolio of 3D biofabrication hardware and software solutions—including BioAssemblyBot®, TSIM®, Organoid360™, and Angiomics™. This role sits at the intersection of science and strategy, translating complex technical capabilities into compelling narratives that resonate with pharmaceutical companies, academic research institutions, and biotechnology labs worldwide. As our Marketing Specialist, your key responsibilities will include: Marketing Campaigns and Strategy:

Lead go-to-market planning for ASLS solutions; develop positioning, messaging frameworks, and launch timelines in partnership with product and sales teams. Content Creation:

Produce blogs, case studies, application notes, white papers, newsletters, and product collateral; translate complex science into compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences. Digital Marketing:

Manage the ASLS website (SEO-optimized), oversee paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn), and drive inbound lead generation through email marketing and marketing automation. Performance Reporting:

Track campaign KPIs—pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and ROI—and deliver regular reporting using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Salesforce. Event Marketing:

Plan and execute trade show and conference strategy (SLAS, TERMIS, BIO International); coordinate pre-/post-show campaigns, booth materials, and webinars. Market Research and Insights:

Conduct competitive analysis and monitor life sciences and biotech trends to identify new market opportunities and sharpen positioning. Sales Enablement and Collaboration:

Build and maintain battlecards, pitch decks, one-pagers, ROI calculators, and demo scripts; work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align messaging. 20% travel required. Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to engage scientific, technical, and executive audiences with equal confidence. Proven B2B content creation across multiple formats: blogs, white papers, case studies, email campaigns, social media, and presentations. Solid command of digital marketing channels: SEO/SEM, paid media, email marketing, marketing automation, and social media management. Strong analytical skills; proficient in Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Wix, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent tools. Excellent project management skills; highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems; self-motivated with a collaborative, service-minded work ethic. Minimum Education and Work Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in life sciences, biotech, laboratory instrumentation, or scientific technology. Preferred Experience

Prior experience marketing capital equipment, robotics, lab automation, or SaaS solutions to pharmaceutical or research buyers. Familiarity with 3D bioprinting, organoid biology, or tissue engineering markets; experience with ABM programs targeting large biopharma or CRO accounts. Certification in digital marketing; experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools. What We Offer
