This role centers on developing and executing a content strategy that showcases high-end renovation projects, with a strong emphasis on TikTok and Instagram. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for visual storytelling, an understanding of luxury branding, and the ability to create engaging content that attracts and retains a discerning clientele.
Deliverables
Develop and implement a content calendar tailored to TikTok and Instagram, highlighting ongoing and completed renovation projects. Produce high-quality short‑form videos, reels, and stories that capture the essence of luxury renovations. Collaborate with project managers and designers to source compelling before‑and‑after visuals and client testimonials. Monitor social media trends and adapt content strategies to maximize reach and engagement. Analyze performance metrics and adjust content to optimize audience growth and lead generation. Requirements
Proven experience creating content for luxury brands, preferably in the home, design, or real estate sectors. Advanced skills in video production, editing, and social media management, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise on TikTok and Instagram. Strong understanding of luxury market aesthetics and audience expectations. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Based in or able to travel to New York for on‑site content capture as needed. Availability for ongoing collaboration and content updates.
