Senior Influencer Partnership Manager
Davis Elen Advertising, Los Angeles, CA, United States
Overview
Davis Elen Advertising is seeking an experienced Influencer & Creator Marketing Manager to lead and evolve influencer, celebrity, athlete, and creator marketing strategies across a dynamic portfolio of clients, including regional partners such as Toyota and McDonald’s, and national brands like Best Buy Health’s “Lively.” In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally across the agency to identify and execute creator strategies that align with client goals. The ideal candidate brings a well-established network of creators, talent agencies, athletes, and celebrity contacts, along with a proven ability to build meaningful relationships, develop innovative content concepts, and manage end-to-end campaign execution. Experience in event management, paid media (including whitelisting), and integrated campaign strategy is essential. Reporting to the Director of Influencer Partnerships, you will shape and execute influencer and creator campaigns—from initial concept development through launch and post-campaign optimization. This position requires a strong passion for content creation and talent partnerships, with particular interest in industries such as sports, automotive, fast food, and health & wellness. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, strategically minded, and deeply knowledgeable about the evolving influencer landscape. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a track record of delivering impactful creator campaigns are critical to success in this role. A key differentiator for this role is a clear command of where influencer marketing, paid social media, and organic content strategy intersect. Candidates must demonstrate fluency in how creator-driven content is amplified through paid channels—including boosted posts, whitelisting, and dark posting—and how those tactics connect to measurable client outcomes. What You Will Do Responsibilities
Strategic Alignment, End-to-End Campaign / Relationship Management and Cross-Functional Collaboration: Develop and execute influencer strategies that connect creator content to concrete client business objectives—not just awareness, but measurable outcomes including traffic, sentiment, and conversion. Translate brand briefs into influencer programs that ladder up to broader communications plans. You will work cross-functionally with social, creative, media, broadcast, and account leads to deliver integrated campaigns. Performance & Optimization: Apply a working knowledge of influencer and paid social strategy to extend influencer content beyond organic reach. This includes: Boosted posts, whitelisting, and dark posting tactics Setting campaign goals and KPIs aligned to client objectives Building monthly performance reports that measure ROI and demonstrate how influencer content supports broader communication goals Proactive Talent Sourcing: Build and maintain a deep pipeline of diverse creators across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube who align with the personas of our clients. You must be a “hunter”—identifying undiscovered voices as well as managing high-tier talent—with a sharp eye for brand safety and audience alignment. Event Support: Provide on-site support for client activations and sponsorship programs across a variety of experiences, including sporting events, concerts, festivals, racing events, food events, auto shows, and photoshoots. Admin & Platform Management: Own the operational side of the influencer program—billing, talent payments, contracts and redlining, brief templates, and lead administration of Lefty, Cohley, etc. Qualifications & Requirements
Agency Background (Required): 5–7+ years of experience at a marketing, advertising, influencer or social media agency. We are specifically seeking candidates whose primary experience is in client-side campaign strategy and execution—not talent management or talent agency work. Candidates with a combination of backgrounds are welcome, but the majority of experience should reflect a marketing/agency lens. Influencer Strategy Fluency: Demonstrated ability to build influencer programs that drive client business objectives—not just impressions or follower counts. You know how to connect creator content to campaign goals and prove it with data. Paid Social Knowledge: Working understanding of paid media tactics as they intersect with influencer content (boosted posts, whitelisting, dark posting). Ability to set goals, measure success, and report on ROI in client-facing formats. Sourcing Expertise: Proven track record of independently scouting and securing talent across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, with a focus on brand safety and audience fit. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with influencer marketing or sourcing platforms (e.g., Sprout Influencer, Cohley, Lefty, or similar tools) is a plus. What matters most is demonstrated ability to manage creator relationships, reporting, and content operations—regardless of the specific platform. Account Agility: Ability to manage high-impact campaigns simultaneously across multiple sectors (QSR, Automotive, and others). Travel Availability: Must be able to travel 20–40% as needed. Travel is seasonal and may increase during key campaign periods, activations, or client events. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience or a combination of education and relevant experience will be considered. To be considered for this opportunity, please submit your resume and a brief overview of relevant influencer campaigns you have led.
