Manage all on‑site construction activities for multifamily projects, ensuring compliance with project plans and timelines. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain efficient workflows and resolve any issues promptly. Monitor project budgets and schedules, implementing corrective actions as needed to stay on target. Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are adhered to throughout the construction process. Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control and address potential challenges proactively. Provide clear communication and updates to stakeholders regarding project progress and milestones. Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports, schedules, and change orders. Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting collaboration and teamwork.
