Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant, located in Beverly Hills, TX. The Senior Property Consultant will be responsible for managing property listings, conducting client consultations, guiding property viewings, negotiating contracts, and assisting clients throughout the property acquisition process. The role requires building strong client relationships, staying informed about the real estate market, preparing reports, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.

Qualifications

Real Estate Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Property Consultation skills

Expertise in Market Research, Competitor Analysis, and Industry Trends

Strong Negotiation and Contract Management skills

Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills

Proficient in CRM Tools, Sales Software, and Microsoft Office Suite

Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with strong problem-solving abilities

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Real Estate License in the state of Texas is required

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred

Prior experience in luxury or commercial real estate is a plus
